Cybershoes GmbH (“us”, “we”, or “our”) designs the Cybershoes tutorial and learning app that can be downloaded from App Lab using your Meta Quest headset.

Usage Data (Device User Data)

This Usage Data may include information such as the number of steps you made using Cybershoes in a specific app or the amount of time you spend in one particular app using Cybershoes. The data may also include microphone or camera data, headset position or hand tracking data, or device ID or IP address. The data may include a list of games and apps that are or have been installed on your device that are compatible with Cybershoes.

Cybershoes GmbH uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service

Right of Erasue / Deletion
Upon your request, we will delete your Personal and Device User Data that we have stored. Please send a verifiable erasure request to our email email@example.com (e.g., “Please delete my Personal Data”), and we will comply with your request under applicable law.
The Cybershoes app may collect your Personal or Device User Data to provide our Service to you without transferring this data to any other computer. Such Personal or Device User Data may be deleted when the app is closed or uninstalled.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third-parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use the Oculus Platform, integrate in-app services (e.g., matchmaking, leaderboards, analytics), distribute content, retrieve data from Oculus, or provide data to Oculus, following the terms published in the Developer Data Use Policy by Oculus for Developers.
